Maia Eggerman has worked with elders for over 20 years. First as a PCA, then as a CNA, and finally as as an RN. After obtaining her degree as a registered nurse, she went directly into the field of Hospice and Home Health where she thrived until she became pregnant and enjoyed the next 7 years as a full time mother.

Richard Eggerman has a background in residential and commercial housekeeping as well as customer care. He is quite handy when it comes to the heavy lifting. He works fast and is always dependable. With his goofy disposition, he aims to keep everyone smiling.

We have been called to serve one another in love, and we are so excited to connect our daily lives, thoughts and provision to exactly that. As our daughter grows up in this business, it is our hope that she understands why we do what we do and learns the do the same, on or off the clock.
